Order Cancellation

If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete a return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer. Customers will only be charged a maximum of one shipping charge (this does not include cans); we do not charge consumers a restocking fee for product returns.
 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund has been received and tested, we will send you a notification receipt,. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you do not receive a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, which may take some time before your refund is officially in place. Next contact your bank, there will usually be some process before the refund arrives.
